For community organizations

A home base for your community

Boards, committees, and volunteer crews need a website that more than one person can keep current. We build approachable sites with a teachable CMS, so the work doesn’t stall when the volunteer who "ran the website" moves on.

Boards, committees, and volunteer crews

Built for groups, not just one person

No single point of failure

Multiple people can safely keep events, news, and pages current. When volunteers change, the site doesn’t.

Approachable for everyone

Clear fields, live preview, and training so non-technical members can contribute without anxiety.

A partner through transitions

We stick around across board terms and volunteer turnover to keep things running.

The situations we build for

Community websites rarely fail because of the design. They fail on a Tuesday when the one person who knew the login is no longer on the board.

We set the site up so it never lives in one person’s head or one person’s laptop. Several members can have their own access, the content sits in plain-language fields anyone can read, and the documentation belongs to the organization, not to whoever built it.

When that volunteer moves on, the next one opens the same screens and keeps going. No password hunt, no rebuild, no gap.

Community proof

FOSL, built to survive the handoff

A library friends group where the membership work lived in one volunteer’s spreadsheets, which meant one volunteer held the whole picture. We built them a shared system instead: plain-language screens, more than one person able to log in and work, and the records held by the organization rather than on somebody’s laptop.

Officers rotate and terms end, and the work keeps moving. Nothing waits on a single person, and nobody starts a term by hunting for a password.
