Social media for professional services firms

Your firm runs on referrals and repeat clients. We keep you in front of those people all year, not just at deadline time. You approve a full quarter of posts in one sitting, and you keep posting the things only you can. Google Business Profile included on every plan.

Is this you?

This is for you if

You know you should be posting, and you can't keep up

The people who refer you, and the people they refer, look you up before they call. Your last post was a holiday greeting from two years ago. You'd post more if the work stopped for a week, and it doesn't.

You have a logo and colors you're proud of

Good posts start with a brand that holds up at thumbnail size. (If not, we start there.) A Logo or Mini brand guide bundled with any plan waives the setup fee.

One thing we don't do: community management. Replies, comments and messages stay with you, because they're conversations with your clients and they should sound like you.

Who posts what

We run the baseline. You post what only you can.

What we post

The steady posts that keep you visible: holidays and hours, the services you offer, the dates your clients care about, and a Google Business Profile post every week. It's planned a quarter at a time, so it doesn't stall when you get busy.

What you keep posting

The things nobody else can: a new listing, an open house, an event, a new hire, a client win you're cleared to share. Post them when they happen. Your feed won't go quiet in between.

Examples by industry

Same plans. Your industry's calendar.

The post templates are shared by every firm on this page. What changes is the calendar and the words: deadlines for an accountant, the spring market for a realtor, open enrollment for an advisor. Here's one post we'd make for each.

  • Accountants and bookkeepers

A deadline reminder two weeks before estimated taxes are due: who it applies to, what to have ready, and how to reach you. You post the firm news.

  • Real estate agents

An area guide: what it's like to live in a town nearby, the farmers market, the trail, the festival coming up this month. We research it at kickoff and check every fact. You post the listings and open houses.

  • Financial advisors and insurance agents

An open enrollment reminder: when Medicare open enrollment starts, what to bring to a review, and how to book one. You post your events and your own take on the news.

  • Law firms

A plain explainer: what to do after a car accident, or why a will needs a second look after a move. General information, never legal advice, with your disclaimer on it. You post the firm news and speaking dates.

  • Consultants and coaches

One idea from your own method, on one slide, or a planning prompt for the start of a new quarter. You post the workshops, the podcast spots and the client wins you're cleared to share.

  • Something close to these?

If your work comes from referrals and repeat clients, the plans fit the same way. Book a Fit Call and tell us about your calendar.

Three plans that build on each other

Each plan includes everything in the one before it and posts more often. Every plan runs on a quarterly cycle and covers up to three platforms, picked for where your clients actually look, plus weekly Google Business Profile posts.

Steady

Open, current and easy to find.

$300/mo+ $300 setup, waived when bundled with a Logo or Mini brand guide

For firms that need to look open, current and reachable, without a big content push.

  • Included: About 1 post a week
  • Included: Weekly Google Business Profile posts
  • Included: Holidays, planned closures and hours
  • Included: Evergreen posts about the services you offer
  • Included: A full quarter planned and approved in one sitting

Campaign

A full campaign, every quarter.

$1,200/mo+ $600 setup, waived when bundled with a Logo or Mini brand guide. Photo and video shoot billed at cost, no markup, with the photos and video licensed to you for your business.

For Shenandoah Valley firms ready to treat each quarter as a campaign with a goal.

  • Included: Everything in Seasonal
  • Included: About 3 posts a week, including Reels
  • Included: A quarterly campaign built around one goal
  • Included: An on-site photo and video shoot each quarter with a local photographer we work with, billed at cost (Shenandoah Valley only)
  • Included: A results review at the end of the quarter

Included on every plan

Google Business Profile, posted every week.

When someone searches for an accountant, a realtor or a lawyer near them, your Google Business Profile is often the first thing they see, before your website and before your social feeds. Every plan includes a weekly post there: hours, closures, reminders and the services you offer. It keeps your listing current and gives search engines and AI answer tools a fresh reason to show you.

How a quarter works

Approve it once. Then get back to work.

Every firm has a stretch of the year when posting is the last thing on the list. Tax season, the spring market, open enrollment, a big case. So we do the planning before the crunch: the whole quarter is written, approved and scheduled in one go. No approval emails in the middle of your busiest month.

One video call

Kickoff

We talk through your firm, your clients, the services you want more of, and the dates that matter this quarter. For real estate, we also research your area: the events, festivals and places your buyers ask about. For Campaign, we also plan the shoot.

We build it

A quarter of posts

Every post for the next three months, written and designed in your brand, plus the weekly Google Business Profile posts. Deadlines, seasonal dates and local events land where they should.

One sitting

You approve the quarter

You review the whole quarter at once and ask for changes in the same sitting. If your firm needs a compliance review, it happens here, once. After that, there's nothing to approve until next quarter.

Three months

It goes out on schedule

Posts publish on their own while you work. Campaign closes the quarter with a results review, and every plan starts the next quarter's planning before this one ends.

Every plan has a three-month minimum. It's the shortest window that can measure results.

More than social

Websites and branding for professional services, too

A good feed sends people to your website. If the website doesn't hold up, the posts are working for nothing. We design logos and brand guides and build custom websites, and they're built to work with the social plans from day one.

  • Branding

A Logo ($600) or Mini brand guide ($1,200), with files you own. Bundle either with a social plan and the setup fee is waived.

  • Websites

Hand-built sites your team can update without fear, with hosting and maintenance included. Plans and prices are on the pricing page.

  • One studio for all of it

The person who plans your posts also knows your website and your brand. You talk to one person, not three vendors.

Client proof

Prism Consulting

A 13-page redesign for a Virginia accounting and consulting firm, with 100% original copy and a 95 PageSpeed score with zero layout shift at launch. Since fall 2026, we also run Prism's social media and Google Business Profile on a quarterly plan.

Questions firms ask

If you're in accounting or bookkeeping, real estate, financial advising or insurance, law, or consulting and coaching, yes. The post templates are shared, and the calendar is built for your industry. If your work comes from referrals and repeat clients in some other way, book a Fit Call and ask.

The ones your clients use. That's usually your Google Business Profile, Facebook and your own LinkedIn profile, with Instagram where your clients are. Most realtors need it. Most law firms don't. Every plan covers up to three platforms plus your Google Business Profile, and we settle which ones with you at kickoff.

No. You approve the whole quarter in one sitting. After that, posts go out on schedule with nothing waiting in your inbox.

It works better than posting on the fly. You approve the whole quarter at once, so your broker, compliance team or managing partner can review it in one pass. We don't post testimonials, client results or performance claims unless you've cleared them, and the rules for your industry stay your call.

Yes, as a tool, not as the designer. AI helps me draft captions and build the design templates your posts are made from, and I review and edit every one before you see it. The pictures aren't generated. Your posts are built from your real logo, colors and typefaces, with real photos of you and your firm or licensed stock, so they won't carry an "AI info" label on Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn. Nothing goes out until you've approved the quarter.

Three months is the shortest window that can measure results. Anything shorter, and you're judging the plan on a few weeks of posts.

Then we start there. Pair a Logo ($600) or Mini brand guide ($1,200) with any social plan and the setup fee is waived. Your posts will look better for it, and so will everything else your firm puts out.

No. Replies and messages stay with you. They're conversations with your clients, and they should come from you.

Yes. Steady and Seasonal run entirely by video call and shared review, so your location doesn't matter. Campaign includes an on-site shoot, so it's available to firms in the Shenandoah Valley.

A month or two before your busy season. That gives us time to plan, approve and schedule your first quarter before it hits. We take on one new social client a month, so booking early helps.

Everything that's already gone out is yours to keep. Those posts stay on your accounts, and we'll send you the final files for them. Your logo, your brand assets and the photos you take are yours. Photos and video from a Campaign shoot are licensed to you for your business, as is standard with professional photography, and that license stays with you if you leave. Posts that haven't been published yet don't carry over: your license to a post starts when it goes out, so drafts and previews from the approval stage can't be posted on your own. The design system we build posts with stays with us.

Let's talk

Stay in front of your clients all year.

I'm Dan, and I run Vistoso Creative from Staunton, Virginia. Book a Fit Call and we'll talk through your firm, your clients and the plan that fits. If it's not a fit, I'll say so.
